Book Lovers Come On In

  She was entirely too brazen for me.  Language, descriptions of bodies...and I didnt' event that far.   But, it was just not for me.

  Great book!  About a truly great American hero. Jackie Robinson was the first Black person to play Major League Ball.  It was not an easy path to get there.  He was treated in the most horrible ways, but his manager told him to be accepted, he had to just take it.  And, take it, he did. It was not easy, but soon, after he began to make amazing steals and hits, people began to accept the incredible player that he was.  I easily give it 5 stars for this great YA book.
